Инструкция по медицинскому применению лекарственного средства Мукосат-Белмед
Международное непатентованное название: Хондроитин сульфат (Сhondroitin sulfate)
Синонимы: Хондролон, Румалон
Состав: 1 мл раствора для инъекций содержит 100 мг хондроитина сульфата.
Код АТХ: M01AX25.
Фармакотерапевтическая группа: Корректор метаболизма костной и хрящевой ткани.
Фармакологическое действие:
Фармакодинамика Основные действующие вещества препарата — натриевые соли хондроитина сульфата А и С (средняя молекулярная масса 11000 дальтон). Хондроитина сульфат — высокомолекулярный мукополисахарид. Является основным компонентом протеогликанов, составляющих вместе с коллагеновыми волокнами хрящевой матрикс.
Препарат тормозит процесс дегенерации и стимулирует регенерацию хрящевой ткани, оказывает хондропротективное, противовоспалительное, анальгезирующее действие. Заменяет хондроитинсульфат суставного хряща, катаболизированный патологическим процессом. Подавляет активность энзимов, вызывающих деградацию суставного хряща: ингибирует металлопротеиназы, в частности, лейкоцитарную эластазу. Снижает активность гиалуронидазы. Частично блокирует выброс свободных кислородных радикалов; способствует блокированию хемотаксиса, антигенных детерминант. Стимулирует выработку хондроцитами протеогликанов. Оказывает влияние на фосфорно-кальциевый обмен в хрящевой ткани. Позволяет восстановить механическую и эластическую целостность хрящевого матрикса. Противовоспалительный и анальгезирующий эффекты достигаются благодаря снижению выброса в синовиальную жидкость медиаторов воспаления и болевых факторов через синовиоциты и макрофаги синовиальной оболочки, а также вследствие подавления секреции лейкотриена B4 и простагландина E2.
Применение препарата способствует восстановлению суставной сумки и хрящевых поверхностей суставов, препятствует сжатию соединительной ткани, выполняет роль смазки суставных поверхностей, нормализует продукцию суставной жидкости, улучшает подвижность суставов, способствует уменьшению интенсивности боли, улучшает качество жизни.
Хондроитина сульфат замедляет резорбцию костной ткани и снижает потери кальция, ускоряет процессы восстановления костной ткани.

Фармакокинетика После внутримышечного введения хондроитина сульфат проникает в синовиальную жидкость. Максимальная концентрация в синовиальной жид
